Being retired its hard going finding a new coffee shop each day. Well today we went to the local village and saw a Hardley rider next to his chrome beast with alarm going off. I wondered why anyone would be out with the tons of salt on the roads !!!. Anyway we had a few lattes and an hour later we walked past and he was still there with alarm going, he had the bike manual in his hand and clearly had no idea how to start the bike. An hour further on we drove past again and he was still there in  his denim jacket with skulls and a hardly badge on the back...so sad he clearly rides the bike twice a year and has no idea... :rofl2: of course I should have stopped to help but .....
The older I get the better I was
The problem with retirement is that you cant take a day off

Salt on the road is fine as long as it's dry, it's when it's wet is a no-no to ride.  We had  a dry day yesterday so me and the 14 went out for a spin but it was bloody cold, around 5 degrees C.
Keep the rubber side down.          Mick
