Stan Lee - writer and former president of Marvel comics has passed away at the age of 95

The only comic I really enjoyed was the Phantom.

Never got into the whole batman, superman, captain america etc etc etc stuff.

But yeah he was something else alright.  I think he had a cameo in all (or at least most) of the Marvel films.

More sad that Douglas Rain passed away too. Amongst his many other classical roles he was the eerie voice of HAL 9000, the controlling computer in Arthur C Clarkes / Stanley Kubricks "2001: A Space Odyssey".

I am a long time Spider-Man Fan, I remember rushing home from school to watch e Cartoon show. I recall the laughable Spider-Man live action tv series and was wowed at the Sam Raimi / Tobey Maguire movies doing Spidey real justice.
I will miss his creativity.
