Bought mine nearly 4 and a half years ago as a standard K5 apart from Beowulf can and engine bars.
A few extras have been added along the way to it's present form including two colour changes, (second due to dropping torque wrench on tank while it was off on the floor while doing the pairs removal).  Now settled on cobalt blue lacquer over a hydro-dipped snake design on a silver base coat.

Mods to date, as it is now in no particular order:

Tank and tail piece hydro-dipped and cobalt blue lacquer
Side panels cut out and hydro-dipped carbon fibre
Throttle body end covers hydro-dipped carbon fibre
Short carbon fibre front fender, (not sure on brand but possibly Coerce)
Coerce rear-sets
Coerce billet front sprocket cover
Billet fork yokes
Renthal 758s
R1 throttle tube
Pairs system removed
Agras billet bottom engine mounts
Agras billet reservoir caps
Woodstock billet blowby plate
ASV shorty levers
Galespeed wheels
Full Akrapovic exhaust system
Billet exhaust hanger
Yoshimura stage 1 cams
Power commander
Dynojet quick shifter
Billet fuel cap
Clear rear led light
Clocks modified to include gear position indicator (Thanks Thommohawk)
Headlight and clock bowls and surrounds hydro-dipped carbon fibre
Billet engine casings (Thanks Ben Shaw at Extreme Creations)
HEL oil cooler with home-made cover
Wilbers rear shocks
Front forks stripped and rebuilt with gold titanium nitride coated stanchions
Billet headlamp brackets - GSG Mototecknik
Stainless steel braided brake and clutch hoses
Stainless steel braided rear oil lines
Ramair pod filters
SV 1000 4-pot front caliper upgrade
Armstrong wavey discs all round
Custom seat cover (Thanks Grizzly)

Nice...

Questions about the galespeed wheels:
do these have transmission dampers ( rubbers near the rear sprocket) ?
Are the the gsx1400 specific type or did you choose another type ?

The wheels do have cush drive rubbers although well hidden.  I specified for a GSX 1400 but when they turned up it looks like the wheels are made to fit other bikes but specific spacers and sprocket, (and carrier) etc for the 1400, quite a neat idea really and very well made, not cheap though. Got mine through Calsport in Birmingham, best deal around at the time.
