So where do all the stolen bikes go? England is only so big 🤔

The peds etc stolen by young scrotes are used in crime and then mostly burned out. Some get stripped for parts and sold on Ebay, Gumtree etc.
Large expensive high powered machines I think are stolen to order. These are then crated up and go out of the country in shipping containers.. Reports say that they mostly end up in Eastern Europe :furious:

As far as I can tell most of the peds end up burnt out in my local wood.

ARH

"The UK has done well this year in dealing with several domestic gangs, but the black market trade in spare parts via the web remains huge, with some newly created 'shops' offering spares that even the factories can't supply. But while many of our stolen machines, stripped or otherwise, leave our shores, a similar quantity of parts and 'salvage' machines stolen from Europe are imported, usually in shipping containers.

"Police in France, Spain and Italy confirm that land routes from the UK east to the Baltic and Ukraine are still popular, as are routes south to Ceuta and Morocco, Turkey, Cyprus, Malta and on to the Middle East. Dubai is still one of the biggest conduits for handling stolen vehicles.

"Germany and the Netherlands have seen a huge spike in traffic through to Lithuania, the Czech Republic and Romania, and down to the Baltic States. Once past the Polish, Czech and  Austrian borders, vehicles are often displayed for sale on websites with their identity numbers intact."

One of the reasons why I avoid buying second hand bike parts from ebay....  you just never really know if you are buying something that was stolen.   No slight intended to those 'honest' folks on ebay!

These fuckers should have their bollocks nailed to a railway sleeper (while still attached) and just left to rot.

Well the rain stayed away and the day was a success, nice to meet up with Froudy.  That's the second year the forecast was for rain and it didn't happen and the second year I wore my waterproofs only to overheat in the traffic, bugger, there's always next year.

Good to meet up with you too @mjgt  :onya:

I was totally soaked in sweat by the time we got to the final destination on the ride...My lid and gloves are still drying out now :furious:

It was a good turn out, but I was disappointed that only 350-400 rode. Last year we had 700+ riders.
There was a bit of trouble en route where a few scrotes tried to infiltrate and ride with us..Soon sorted. They were out and about filming us too and no doubt relaying info to their other thieving chav friends :furious:
We had very good TV coverage with BBC, HTV etc in attendance. It was on HTV West news last night, but I can't get to see it living in Wales!

Next year hopefully it'll be even bigger and better.

I've not seen any coverage on TV at all, sat through all the local news programs but nothing.  Not even a post on youtube.
