I just bought the SVI 7.5 and now thinking should I change to SVI 5...
Me and the passenger are around 110KG + 10KG topcase, any suggestion ?

jeez! I'm more than you & your passenger (and luggage) without riding gear on!  My poor bike - it's always 2 up with me on it.
