MY16 was the last of the XJR1300's.

yeah, think xjr has gone. last models were stupid, 14 litre tank. a bike i really liked, nice brakes. always wanted one but would prefer bandit. xjr have great quality, paint, chrome etc. no 6th gear. they certainly handle nice, very planted front end feel, for me anyway.

Not forgetting the stupid price for the recent ones ($12-15K), money that could be spent on any number of other bikes more mainstream for most buyers.

At the moment that same money will buy
a 2016 Trumpy street twin. (ex-demo 500kms)
a 2018 HD Iron 883
a 2018 Yamaha MT-09
a 2015 MV Agusta Brutale 800 (ex-demo, 700kms)
