There's been a lot of talk and false starts to new tracks and events, 2 in Wales, both circuit and road, plans here in Qld for Lions Rd and the Sunshine Coast, plus a Motorsport Venue between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. None have happened, even though some such as the main one in Wales sucked up a lot of money.

I like Bathurst, this new one has the potential to be a success even if its not the famous (infamous?) mountain track. It's a lot more realistic than thinking your going to stage another version of the IOM-TT which is ridiculous.

I went down the Bathurst for wedding. Wasn't a bad trip, we went down towards Scone and then cut through the national park on the way. Id rather go there for a good bike meet than Philip Island.
