The GSX14 is a big old lump to pick up..Came off mine at a junction with a queue of traffic behind me..
I felt every muscle in my body screaming as I picked it up on my own :shocked:

That technique works, and is a lot easier to do if the bike is on its rhs - as can be seen in the video HOWEVER

in the real world, grip where you will need to 'walk' in will always be sub-optimal.  Mot much like a rubber grip mat at all.

But it's certainly the best technique to use (if you can) from a "not screwing up your back" point of view.
