Hi folks.

I have recently sold my previous bike (A Triumph Bonneville) and fancied something a bit bigger and faster (though still naked/retro style).

Originally I wanted an XJR1300 but I decided to look for a GSX instead.

Im in the process of looking for one. Hopefully have a nice clean black version within a month.

Gonna spend a bit on modifying the bike as well, so may have some questions on this forum.

Cheers!

The problem with retirement is that you cant take a day off

Welcome Mate. ive always wanted a late Bonnie as a second bike. did a long weekend with one with us, its speed amazed me. all big bikes, it was smallest, kept up on long fast stretches. just a bike i like.

I do like the latest T120 Bonneville's, mate of mine has a 2016 T120 1200, amazing that they can look retro, yet be fuel injected and water cooled - you have to look closely to see how Triumph achieved that, whilst retaining the retro looks. Great bike to ride, ok not the fastest by any means, but great fun. Mate of mine who has one came down to the Alps with us on his, didn't disgrace itself one bit, respect!!!
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

If you are going to run out of fuel, do it in your garage.

It's only a short walk to the kettle.
