Ball end "T" wrench means you don't have to move the oil cooler to remove/replace those header pipe socket screws.

just a word of warning  :smiley sign0181:
be careful of ball end allen keys as the balls  can snap off in the socket head of the bolt and are then very difficult to get back out of the bolt head.

but that said looks a nice bit of kit .

You beat me to it Seth. Like all ball head Allen keys the neck is the weak point & can break but these Bondhus ones are top quality. I usually put a bit of force on the screw first but if I find a tight one then a socket or standard key is used to break the seal.

These are ok to wind the header bolts out once they've been loosened off..But I doubt you'd get enough leverage to actually start them off if they haven't been out for a while?
Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups!

Absolutely. And if the bolts were tight, then the ball end could snap off as mentioned above.

No, the only way to loosen header bolts IMO is with the hex tool directly into the bolt. Once loose, then the ball end tool is great for swift unwinding, and for nipping the bolt up on re-assembly (but not tightening to full torque)

Doing it with a traditional allen key is a royal PITA, that's for sure.

But I have more trouble getting the springs on and off... any tips there?
