New gloves + rain =

Rode home from work last night in the pissing rain.

Got so0aked through as did my new(ish) gloves which did a lovely job transferring the dye from the leather to my hands.  I looked like the bank robber who got the money dye everywhere.....

I have a pair of waterproof (yes truly waterproof) over mitts that I carry (the new bike does get wet lol) very thin, go over your gloves and very effective.

I tend to use two fingers to cover the brake, with other two fingers and thumb on the throttle.

They look very similar to what I have for mine Mike, you could get that style or the mitt style, I chose mitt style.

i find its hard to get a good set of gloves that keep out of rain .. but a pair that  you can feel the bike ,, if there to thick you cant feel the bike

and to thin and there no good for the cold wet weather

I decided to get another pair of RST heated gloves. A lad I know was selling some and I picked them up for a steal.
Some of you might remember that I bought some last year, but returned them unworn when I read that the batteries had to be removed in the wet. This proved to be rubbish and was just the battery manufacturer covering their arses. My mate wore them in the rain with no problems at all.

Due to my operation I haven't been able to try them out yet as I haven't ridden a bike since before Christmas

That review is scathing !
I'd certainly prefer that style, but not so much that price.....
Maybe I'll just put up with getting my gloves wet....
