Grog & Sweaty, you can't be weeds if you're 81 & 89Kg.  I said 60Kg.  Actually Grog, at 89, you must have very dense bone mass. 

I was trying to make myself feel better about the weight I have started putting on Col 
Been 77kgs for the last 30 years, but after being brought down in the prime of my soccer career at 49 years old  with a broken ankle. I am now a lazy 50 year old with a growing stomach.
