low fuel indicator wont go out

Hi guys, ever since my last low fuel level indicator came on I cant seem to get it to go out. I,m sure its an easy fix, but it's beyond me ATM. Any response would be welcomed.
Other than this current glitch the bike has performed outstandingly. Love it.

It may be your fuel level float in the tank has stuck - unusual but possible.  Would suggest as first pass taking the tank off, turning it upside down and removing the float assembly to check. This thread may help so other checks whilst you have the tank off

mine did same last year. no reason why. i priced up sender unit which scared me. i checked connecters, no difference. i took battery lead off over night, has never played up again. worth a shot, fixed mine.

I am in "better" position!  :imrgreen: Last 500 km noticed that it always shows full tank, sometimes it drops to 3/4 that again goes back to full.  :smoke:

Take it apart and have a look it's very easy to do .
only a slightly modified gsx1400
oh and a standard one too

I'll try! Took it off last year when I cleaned tea bag filter but haven't payed attention on it...
