dust seals ,oil seals and bushing are the same across all models as are the lower fork castings but it's the internals , springs and stantions that differ

I just saw that you Brits can get the seals and dust rings much cheaper than I do. Ok, at least I thought so. Suzuki Germany has them substantially reduced.

Suzuki UK dropped the price for their seals as well...I think we can now get fork seals and dust seals for approx £10 each. They used to be around £23 just for one fork seal!!

A rattle gun will get it apart Col then you can make a tool to suit.

Thanks Pete, I was thinking of doing it this way last night, get it apart with the air gun then make the tool, (well, get the guys at work to make me one) least I'd have something physical to check the fit etc.

@gsxbarmy  might be able to help with the forkseal part numbers i can't find it .
i do remember that suzuki did drop the price of std seals so there was hardly any price difference here in the uk .

Found the set Andre mentioned (Thx @Andre) All Balls 56-150, set of 2 oil seals & 2 dust seals, (from Norway!) landed here NZD $42.  Might get a 2nd set as a spare for the blue.  Will check Suzuki NZ price first, least I've got a backup.

Just did it, brought the All Balls 56-150 set of 2 seals & 2 dust seals.   Also brought some Renthal 754 bars while I was clicking away online.   Now we wait for the goodies to arrive.

That's cool, just had confirmation the Seals set has shipped!!  Only been a couple of hours since I ordered it & it's Sunday morning here.

The company is called (on E-Bay) "Vintage-to-modern-bike-parts"   in Norway.

Long way for seals to come, but good price & I've got time.
