Well ive not had mine long enough yet to get bike related stuff but i will ..... i have ordered a key ring leather with a number plate on it with gsx1400 on it .... ITS A START !

A laser engraving of a photo, can't recall the proper term for it. (It's a Lasergraph)  Couple of us brought one, came from Germany I think. MRG got one too.

Just a word of advice sounded by many who lose weight effectively and those Drs. and Dieticians who counsel them. Shoot for a loss of 1/2 kg/week. You need to create a daily 500 calorie deficit of your maintenance calories (requirement to stay on same weight).  This equals about 1/2 kg of fat. Takes two weeks or to establish this(quite involved but accurate) or use of a Maintenance Calorie Calculator (cutting out the 2 weeks work). That is more healthy and more sustainable. This also helps to keep it off in the long term as instead of radical diet change (with its associated rebound) it is more of a tweaking of your usual food intake.
