Thx guys, I'll just have to wait & see if they have indeed taken the VIN plate off it.  If it's still there, I reckon I could get it back on the road for around $1500 tops & sell it.  But will probably keep it as a donor, as KF says, worth more than that in just parts.

I think you could easily retrieve your money and then some Col if you broke it for parts. But handy if the VIN plate is still on her as then you would have 2......
