Seen this one a while ago & did it.  Must admit, never heard of sodium cooled valves, but guessed correctly.

I f you have never heard of sodium cooled valves look for example from Ebay "sodium cooled exhaust valves". Volvo has used them in their turbo engines over 35 years, and "real sports cars" use them as well.
