thanks to all! Yes, the truth was the Russian-language forum gsxrclub, but now it's closed and the guys have opened a new forum. At the old forum was Boris, I even wanted to buy from him this gsx17, but with the money it was not possible to collect the right amount. There were also fans of large volumes of 1570 cc. They are now in a new forum. Such a volume on the stand produced about 140-150 hp. And Boris's motorcycle, as he said, produced about 190 hp at the stand.

I bought the GSX1700 stuff from Boris.
I now have a ported head with big valves,  large pistons and the matching cylinder.
I am currently thinking about what camshafts to use ( regrinds or yoshimura)
