what you did to your bike today is our favourite subject. i thought on similar lines, how was your ride today. riding my 14 is usually a great day. who you passed, where you went, who you saw, did you flog a harley. cold or hot, scrape the pegs, have fun scratching with a sports bike. must be some brilliant stories to be told. ill start with my cold 7 degree morning, only 20 ks, visor fogging up, cold for here, had a run with a bolt yamaha, he was trying very hard, i was never over 5k revs. we need some stories on here. let rip gentlemen. fire up this site.

Hopped on the bike, off for a massage. (Not the happy ending type) Knew the traffic would be bad.....it was. Pleased to be on a bike, passed lots of stationary cages with only one peeved person in !!

Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

I use my bike as my main vehicle, so I ride to and from work on weekdays. The commute home is always easy, thanks to filtering through all the gridlock. You always seem to get that bitter cager who tries to block your way through the traffic (no idea why). I respond to this by simply engaging warp drive. Arms almost taken from their sockets, at the end of the traffic in a couple seconds. Lovely.

I know what you mean Dan. I filter pretty slowly but you can see the parasite that deliberatley moves to squeeze you up.
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

Idiots changing lanes without indicating - got a lot of that today - so, just the usual.....

Well driving to work this week I have had a flooded road, dodged what was left of a truck tire and killed a wallaby so I figured I'd be safe to ride as bad luck comes in threes. Didn't flog a Harley, but showed up some kid in a V8 ute who was doing laps looking for attention.
Always remember, safety third.

Yesterday, and the day before, I had ~500km ride across our small country. Was going to bike festival  Weather was great, and I was using "B" roads. Only issue was 12km road construction, where road was missing and to shut the dust, dirt was drown with water. As a result, after those 12k, my 14 was like a dirt bike...

Yes I did. Had a group of 5 "Hell's Angels" which were in a way, riding in group and I had now way to pass them. But after 10-15km, then I finally had empty straight, then I just twist my wrist, and did not even switch to 5th.
Soon I just lost them in my mirrors

I went out Saturday arvo, sun was out, had a great ride, wished it was still daylight saving.
Went again Sunday morning, met the lads, they decided on the GOR, but I was not feeling it,
So I bid them farewell and headed in the other direction. Made it about halfway to where I went the day before and still was not feeling it, so I went home.
Had a sandwich and slept for two hours.
It was a weird day.

Little 150 mile bimble around the lanes yesterday with about 20 other riders which made it a nice day out. Usual Saturday idiots on the road (the ones who wait until you are just about to turn at a junction and then decide to pull out on you having waited - why??) that aside, just a nice ride around the backroads, always fun doing the twisties  :onya:
