I thought I would have a go at changing my Clock LED's ! All was going well considering how small & fiddly they are , until I broke the LCD in the rev counter side whilst trying to remove it to get at the LED's 😱 :cry2:
It's a long shot but would anyone know where I could purchase  one of these ?
It's roughly 38mm x 18mm with 16 solder pins on the bottom edge .

I'm really not sure you can purchase these items separately. You might want to try for a set of broken clocks to see if you can rescue a part from them, but that aside - sadly I think you may be a bit stuffed. The only other thought I have is try pm'ing Thommohawk (who does the clock conversions) as if anyone knows where any parts may be, it would be him
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement :lol:

I sent a set of damaged clocks to Thommohawk.

No sure if he ever got them.

Hmm, interesting...

I wonder if Thommohawk can repair the little clock buttons?

When I bought my 14, I didn't realise that the button on the right hand side doesn't 'click' It's as if the rubber button is empty, if you know what I mean. The result is that I can't set clock or use my trip counters.  :angry:

@DanGSX

These micro switches can be opened and repaired, i used a scalped to pry the holding tabs open.
Once opened you will see a small copper plate of about 2.5 - 3mm round. That "ring" needs to be convex shaped like a soup platter.
Mine was all flat and didn't click any more.

I went through the spares bin at work and found a Honeywell controller (type UDC.... )with micro switches. Opened these switches and.... They use the same convex rings. :boogie:

I think any industrial controller ( pressure / temperature / humidity ) will be using the same switches.
