I'd love some more info on your forks.

Model and year / wheel / front guard / master cylinder ?

Is the top yoke enough to correct the length ?

Have you changed the internals to suit the 14 ?

Spacers on front calipers ?

I see quite a few done, but with different combinations of parts.

The yolks are thug style by billet brain off eBay his name is Roy there is plenty of room for adjustment ,mine is slammed to floor at present but will be going back standard putting preload adjusters to take up the spacing , the forms are GSXR K3 standard internals strong enough . front wheel spindle master cylinders callipers are all GSX14 front guard GSXR hel lines headstock bearings taper rollers  Armstrong discs

Hope this helps Tony

Thanks.

I like the brakes and feel of the later front ends,
but I'm happy with the length and geometry of how my 14 now sits.

Gen-2 Busa and B-King get similar front ends (parts swap between them)
but the lighter Busa actually has lightly firmer internals.
B-King gets a radial master that the Gen-2 Busa's didn't get.
Id like a radial master, and Busa masters look odd on flat bars as they sit at an angle
(I have a bike with this done, not over keen)

Lots of different options.

Thanks for the info.

Well after 14 months of work with 3 engineers , myself and two friends who also race turbo drag bikes , we created a trike using a so acalled bolt on kit ,needless to say lots of welding was involved , and customised the hub and half shafts to fit as the company have never done a GSX so after all that time and quite a bit of money thrown at it , there was quite a bit of alteration now its also a turbo with a bit of a differance , now just requires a spray job
