If you're going to do that, the insides of the exhaust could do with a scrub, they get all black and manky.

I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Great piccy, worth a big copy to frame n hang 👍

KiwiCol

Dave would probably be happy to come up there & do it too Hooli. :onya:   I agree with Grog's idea about the big print for the shed (or lounge in your case - seeing as how there's no Mrs Hooli)

I've bought the hi-res version and will get it printed. I just need to buy a frame first so I know what size to get it done.
First decent pic on her n all that.

That pic could be the catalyst that sees hordes of females breaking down your door Hooli.
You do look exceptionally cool..

Based on the last several decades, that seems unlikely.

Hooli

One thing I've forgotten to mention. The new bars have cured it's attitude problem, as I said earlier it might have been due to a lack of weight forwards as the bars were too close to me. Seems that was the issue as I can ride it properly & trust the front to be in contact with the road now.

Quote from: Hooli on Monday, 15 June  2026, 09:29 AMI do need to clean the underside of the bottom yoke though, I didn't bother when it was apart as I didn't think you could see it.

/Barmy thoughts

@Hooli Just dirty Andy or greasy? If just dirty, probably some sDOC100 Gel applied with (varying size to get in the nooks and crannies) paintbrushes will do the job. If greasy, cover up the mudguard and get some WD40 in there using paintbrushes again followed by SDOC100.
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

Hooli

Dirt I think. I was going to brush it with TFR and see if that works, it cleans most things.

We still talking about Hooli's hat...?

Exciting* update, TFR got about half of the crap off after a scrub. I'll just keep doing that as I wash it.

For you clean perverts...it also got waxed & all the alloy cleaned with brasso today.

I didn't take any pics under the yoke so you'll have to imagine that bit.
