What model BMW do you have ?
A 2009 K1300GT in "magnesium bronze"

Nice, I've liked the 13's for a while now. Have to catch up one day 😁

Trundled to Worcester and onto Gloucester via Coarse Lawn, then over to Ross-on-Wye for breakfast.
A rather tasty bit of ham with new potatoes, cheese, coleslaw and side salad.

Then up through Dymock and Ledbury, to British Camp for a cup of tea.

Back to Worcester, Hallow, Shrawley, Bewdley and Home.

Back roads all the way, nice and twisty. Lovely

Met at BP Yatala 8am headed to Boonah via Beaudesert for breakfast at Revive Cafe, owner Aaron used to own Flavours Cafe 12 years ago. Vivo coffee and his Mum cooking real food in the kitchen it's very good.
We headed back via Rathdowney to Beaudesert, our farewell stop.
Beautiful weather compared to what we've been having.

Best allrounder I've ever owned 👍

Had to over, to my niece's place today.

However, I somehow found myself heading towards Hereford and the twenty miles to her place, turned into a hundred and twenty mile round trip with two, quick stops on the way back.

Clee Hill and almost inevitably, these days at Poolhall where I saw an interestingly, personalised H2.

Looks like a wrap on the H2 😎

Yes it is wrapped but not very well. Lots of visible seams.

The first day of Winter. Bit cool, some wind.

Not wonderful, but still over 100 miles and my 43rd ride this year.

A detour after breakfast to do Silver Pinch Rd, some of it was fun, some parts really weren't!  An entertaining bit of road, some sections were really good, but the sheer drops and rough bitumen on very steep bends keep you focused !  Not ideal for this bike.

First day of Winter ride for me also. Just up Blackall Range. No traffic, around 20 degrees, very enjoyable. As said Tony, some caution required on those skinny, bumpy, twisty old tar roads.

Hooli

Bridlington yesterday, fish n chips by the sea and a pint in the sun. Then we drifted homewards.
I'd post pics but I didn't take any.

Me & a mate went for a run to Mokihinui yesterday, half hour ride there, couple of beers then ride home.  Right, so on the way I was following him, till I got to a known straight unpopulated stretch of road, when I passed him, with quite a rapid rate of knots showing on the clocks.  Get to the pub, we pull up, get off & I find my tail pack is open, (I'd forgot to close it before setting off!) My phone case with all my cards is gone burger!  Can't even go for a beer. I have to go back & see if I can find where it's come out. Mate said the lid was open as I passed him, so could be anywhere on the whole trip.
Off I go & he's following looking as well. Slower this time over that stretch of road.  I get to thinking & hoping it only got sucked out the back when the hammer went down, n sure enough I found it, scattered over both sides of the road, cards etc all over.  I got them all back bar 1, kept thinking it's gotta be around here somewhere & found it way down the road, car must of driver over it & sucked it further down the road. Even the case was ok, couple of minor grazes on the very corners but otherwise fine.  The phone is ok because I put that on the handlebars in GPS mode -  Waze. great tool.
I got it all back together & we headed back to the pub, couple of ales then home.  The issue was getting out of order if you like before we set off, my mind was on other things & I forgot to zip it closed. Not the first time I've done that but the first time I've lost something out the back.  Gotta keep me witts about me before I go anywhere . . .

After the ride we had a few more ales here at home after he'd dropped his bike off.
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

Looks bitter.  :happy1:

How do you cope. Winter isn't like that back in Bewdley, is it.  :onya:

Tony, I love the Blue Tractor initiative...it nicely supplements the blue tree project.

Thanks for including these in your photos when you come across them - the more publicity about the mental health challenges and suicide risk in rural communities the better.
There's always room in the world for a bit more tolerance and kindness.

Absolutely. Always happy to share pics and spread the work. I have had folk ask me why they are blue and it's good they do ask. There's trees, and a motorbike near me. I'm told there are other blue bikes about, but that's the first tractor I've seen done.

I had a mate at the port I worked with. Funny bloke but we had a few things in common, shotguns, old trains etc.
He took his own life, all we ever saw was him being a joker, always had his life savings in cash, nice car, a quite knowledgeable guy... then one day he was gone.
