$11,000 dollars 💸 there must be a lot more to it than I see.
Front end looks quite exotic.

Yeah nah, don't think so. Must be trying to recoup some of the build costs.
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Wow, interesting looking beast.  :onya:

Good idea for the terrain but the chain must take an awful lot, of maintenance.

A shaft drive would make life much, simpler.  :hat:

Why? fit an oiler & the chain can last 50k miles even without being ridden slow. Yeah it's pulling a bit more weight but I'd still expect 30k+ with a chair on.

Maybe on the road but in all of that sand?

I thought they were in Ukraine not Russia, but wouldn't be the first time I've been wrong.

Well it has arrived, I am happy overall with the condition of my new bike. Just needs a good clean and polish.
I have been out for a quick ride and first impression is I like, very comfortable but these factory bars will be replaced very soon.
I'm not the biggest guy, 6'2 and 105kg but this bike feels so small, reminds me of one of my first 250s growing up. But I have come from owning a 1150gsa.
But I am going to enjoy that I am sure.
Let the games begin.

Nice, I used to think the 1400 was big, especially compared to the Daytona 675 I had before. But now also having a BMW K1300GT, the 1400 feels more like my old GSXF250 Bandit

That's funny, when I first got a GSX I also said it feels like my old 250.  Guess I was referring to how easy it was to navigate corners & feels light on it's feet.  When they're rolling along the road, they're a very manageable bike.
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

14s are daftly easy to ride, the small lasses I know who ride them well prove that it doesn't take muscle.

Agreed on the standard bars though, they're horrible.

grog

Never found stock bars bad, most other bikes owned always tried different. Never found a reason to change 14 and it's been a while. I do have 30 mm risers with 18 mm pull back.Guess we're all different 🤷🏼

Hooli

I find it's the sweep back, it gives me a pain between the shoulder blades. But as you say we're all different.

Eric GSX1400K3

Bought mine with aftermarket flat bars, never known any different, I have the factory bars hanging in the shed, doubt I'll ever fit them

I'm the same my GSX feels quite light weight and nimble after I get off my BMW R1200RT.
I've also never had anything other than factory bars so after 25 years of ownership I think I'm used to them  :hat:
