HI Guy's, just to confirm the size of the swingarm pivot bolt nut, is 27 or 28mm?. I have every size bar those in my vast socket array, ecking typical.
Used to be known as Nomad of the SOC many years ago, I'm just old. 2003 B&W being lovingly & painfully restored in the mancave. @VBG-thementalhealthrider

Dunno what size it is, but there's 2 more sockets for you to buy to add to the collection.  Mans gotta have these things . . .   even if they only use them once!

Not near the bike atm, but I believe its an M16 nut and bolt. Width A/F for a std M16 is 24mm
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Just measured mine, 27mm. Tried two different 27mm sockets on it and some slight sloppiness...I don't have a 26mm socket to try (but having identified that deficiency, I'll obviously have to buy one)
There's always room in the world for a bit more tolerance and kindness.

So an M18 nut and bolt set then. A/F width for an M18 nut is 26.16mm, so a 27mm socket makes sense

Swingarm pivot is 24mm as I recall, it's smaller than the rear axle. Same both ends so you need two sockets really, but a 25mm is close enough as it's not mega tight.

Now shall we argue which side of the bike the nut goes? the last one I took apart had it on the RH side, can't remember the others.

Oops, im getting senile, I thought this was about the brace rod from swingarm pivot to brake calioer.  My bad. Im getting back in my box now...

Very shiny, something for Hooli's Mk2 perhaps?

It had a silver one of those & a matching one on the steering stem. They're getting slung over the hedge & proper ones fitting. Cause those chav ones are bloody awful.
