No headlights, FYI

Just for your future reference, found the culprit of my intermittent headlight problem. Sometimes had hi and lo beam, sometimes not; passing always working. Turns out it was the last place I´d check and had to check on the second go, the starter button. Slight green corrosion on the contacts, a bit tricky to remount. On the Eu models, as long as ignition is turned on, the headlight is on. Even at rest there´s current passing that switch.

Makes sense as the switch turns the headlight off for starting to reduce the peak load on the battery.

My k2 euro model had a light switch.

I think it was the k3 upwards which had the lights on all the time.

Yup, K2s have a switch.
