Just bought a black 08

I've just purchased a black 08 and intend to modify and customise the look, so lots of questions.

On my list-
Front Brakes - aftermarket master cylinder, floating discs and braided brake lines & calipers - yep entire swap out from the Suzuki cheese.
Exhaust - open pipe splitter 4 into 2. (NZ no reg) What's available?
Re-gear chain conversion 530 to 525
Mapping experiences.

No need to provide how to do's but what you have found would be useful i.e. what aftermarket equipment fitted well/easily and how you find it for performance. All goes to final package to race bike mechanic. Then pulled apart to go to powder coaters. Black, Red Grey and White. Lots of fun to come.
