I botched up this tool when I had the Bandit, I couldn't get that bastard off to save my life.

Very good Nic. Seems some of these clips are easier than others, one off my tank is a mongrel, hence the pliers.

I thought the times bandits were treated this way have long past. :confused1:

Clever, but mine has been off so many times it's not a hassle. I knew a very similar connector on a Kwak that took 45mins to get off, it was seized solid. Knowing the history of the bike I doubt it'd ever been off since new & the bike was about 15 years old when I had my hands on it.

Today a new lawnmower drive belt. Only 4 hrs out of last one. Went to same place, asked if they make a stronger one. His answer, thats not a mower belt, needs to be kevlar, they sold you incorrect part. Guess who sold it to me. I didnt bother saying anything, shake my head and try again. 😡

Brought loads of stuff lately, couple of good things are a milling table for the drill press & a mini air compressor with jump start ability & USB out & light.  That'll be real handy under the seat. Haven't got them yet - in transit.
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

I bought one of those little compressors. No jump start but is a great little tool. Pressure is accurate, easier than using air line from garage compressor. Pumped 10 tyres and still plenty of battery, $30 or so,fits under seat. A bargain, also torch & usb.

Order placed for a new GSX-S1000GX

Treated myself & should have her in a couple of weeks, totally different I know to the 14 but what I fancy admittedly over £2K off, free panniers, 0% finance & the first service thrown in helped sway my decision

Just need to decide on the blue or black PDQ!

Bought one of those dog turd puncture repair kits to go with my recently ordered Aliexpress rechargeable compressor. Think I'll be giving my mate the new one as I've destroyed the packaging on the one he's lent me.
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎
