Where did you ride today?

Round trip from Brisbane to Warwick. Just a transport run (meeting a friend) not a proper ride on proper roads so - boring.

One way trip ought to be around 2 hours but on the way there I was delayed 40 minutes due to (the tail end of) a road closure following an accident. (was closed 2.5 hours all up) and on the way back by 30 minutes due to roadworks. :(  So about 5 hours of highway miles - boring.

Went out for a leisurely ride out to Abergavenny on Saturday, temps were getting a bit low for all summer gear but I had a good ride.  At the bus station I saw this.  Owner did all the work apart from paint.

Looks like they ordered every anodised bit of crap they could find on ebay & threw it in a heap. What was it before they ruined it?

Not today but Saturday,tried to blag a ride on an Indian FTR1200 but alas no . This caught my eye though even though I can't afford. Being on tick looked tempting but as my dad would say "if you ain't got brass in pocket you can't afford it ".

I think a Suzuki TL1000, maybe and S, maybe an R.   Whatever, it's not to my taste.

I do quite like the look of them, with a few tweaks. I see a black one about with proper knobblies & a rat look to it. Cool as & sounds great.

Awesome weather for end of winter 27 degrees most of the day and clear blue cloudless skies.

Back home via Maleny, Stanley river road to Woodford over MtMee to Dayboro for a cooling ale on 30+ degrees. Last day of winter 🙀

A  few weeks ago I put the bike into the garage and thought thats gunna be it for a while. 
I was down for a knee replacement, but that hasn't happened as yet.  The Surgeon cancelled the day before the Op when I saw him as I had a messy wound on my left arm !  He looked and said nah too risky for infection !!!!!!
Been pumping in the antibiotics, but it's taking a while.  I see him in another week so here's hoping ?
So sprayed the chain and did tyre pressures, I'll try and get a fang in this week. Summer is coming !!!!!

Just a little trip to Buryhill, not many bikes, considered going further but weather wasn't great. Got asked if I wanted to sell the bike though
