WE ARE BACK! (following outage)

Hi all

We are having to move hosting companies on fairly short notice (host company changed ownership), and with changes to nameservers etc there may be an outage at some point in the next few days.


This is complicated by my having to travel (wife's mum's funeral) which may lead to slight delays in getting stuff sorted.

So IF there is an outage I apologise and will endeavour to get it up and running ASAP.

Rest assured that the forum IS continuing as normal

OK WE ARE BACK

so we should be back online and everything looking correct (theme etc).
Please tell me if this is not the case.

There may be some very small periods of maintenance mode while I update some plugins (we are talking minutes at most)

So. Much. Drama.   I am frustrated beyond all belief with forum issues in the lest few days and all are still not resolved.

Actually I take that back. The section that used to be on the RH side of the screen & display unread posts is missing. Have we lost the homepage with that video/gif of riding a 14 too? the 'home' button used to take me there, now it takes me to the root of the forum. Speaking of which, I used to click on 'forum' to get back to the root of the forum but that doesn't appear to be there either.

Thanks for all your efforts though Vlad, it's not easy running stuff that's broken due to things outside your control. Not trying to pick with the above, just confirming you're aware. As we all use sites differently it might be things you don't notice in your way of accessing us.

I'll add to my list.

I can't attach pics to posts currently, the error just says there was a problem. Pic was shrunk & the right size.
Also I've noted if you edit a post, when you click 'save' it just hangs & never actually saves it.

Sorry to add to your work list, I'd take a guess a lot of them are related to changes made to the hosting but I'm sure you're well ahead of me there.

No rush mate, we're all just glad to be back and appreciate what you do to run the place.
