Few years back a mate had a Goldwing, dont know the model. He did lots of ks, up around 500 thou. Reverse gear stuffed up at just over 200, Honda fixed it all free.I dont think anything else went wrong with it.

Love the powerful looks and if I´m not already satisfied with torque I can get even more.

The newer model Rocket leaves the old ones in the shade looks wise for me 🏆

I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

I´d like to alternate between the 3: our 1400, Rocket 3 and this BMW for longer rides.

Havent ridden new Rocket but two weeks on older model was a birthday present, love those bikes. Bloody heavy, need to be careful where you park it, not a problem riding.Tyre wear is biggest problem, reason i didnt buy one.

My short(ish) list in no particular order:

To complete the Suzuki big bore motorcycle collection;

Suzuki GSX1400 FE in blue and white
Suzuki TL1000R in blue and white
Suzuki Gen2 GSX1300 K9 Hayabusa in red or white

New bikes I would not mind having:
BMW R1250RS triple black
Ducati Supersport 950S

I still keep looking at this:

H2 Tourer

It's been advertised for a while now which is slightly concerning, but it seems a fair price for a moderate milage.

As some of you may know I have a 2009 Z1000 and a 2016 GTR1400 in the garage alongside the GSX and I keep toying with the idea of chopping the Z1000 in for one of these. It should more than do the job the Z1000 does and if it turned out comfortable enough for distance riding maybe I could let the GTR go – as my wife does not come touring with me anymore downsizing to something a bit lighter may make sense.

I've no idea what my Z1000 would fetch in PX, but I still have the money aside that I got from selling the Z1300 so it may not need too much of a raid on the pension fund. But do I really need it? The two Kwaks I have do their respective jobs perfectly well and they are a known quantity.

The GSX is not going anywhere at the moment though.

Rynglieder, just watched a few reviews, i like doing that stuff. I thought would be a near perfect, gets a few knocks.2 hour comfort only, screen too low, woody fr. brake feel, awesome modern bike looks i thought. I would think your melding 2 bikes into one.  :onya:   Very fast exciting ride  id think.

Really only a couple of bikes remain on my to do list:

A 1973 Benelli Tornado 650S

and.......
A 1995 Honda VFR750 in red

Those gear driven cams make me quite weak in the knees

The Benelli is before my time, but I do like the VFR.  My riding instructor had one, he was ex superbike racer and would take on the boy racer heroes on their 1000cc gixxers and 'blades and beat them all.
