Afternoon all.
Just putting my bike back together after painting the frame.

Just tried the electrics.

First time I got dash, headlight and indicators.

Tried again and now the little light beside the key is flashing, nothing else working.

Tried another battery and no change,

Any suggestions?

Ian

Sorry, when I went back out, everything was working, but don't know how to delete the post

Strange isn't it, but might be worth keeping an eye on it, may just be a loose/dirty/bad contact in the ignition, and it may never happen again.

What year is it? K5s had a recall for the antenna around the lock that reads the key. Or maybe that isn't quite plugged in right?

Had the issue again, the red light flashing Found it was due to the fuel sender not being plugged in.

First time was due to not having tank on during testing
And second time was due to my old brain forgetting to plug it in when fitting tank..

Thanks for the update - quite likely this will come in handy in the future for someone.
