Do we have anyone from glasgow on here?
I'm in contact with a lad "from glasgow" he said, he has a GSX1400 he's breaking and I'm after some parts but I'm getting the feeling he's not being straight with me. He's called Paul Skinner and he's got a FB account with the pic of the bike he's going to break because he only needs the engine. I've messaged him about the exhaust and original seat and he wants $300 yes $ and £274 postage, I can get it collected for £60.00 on next day delivery. Looks to me like he's in USA.

Personally I think he sounds extremely dubious, I'd steer well clear. And how much for postage? he really is having a laugh!

Looks dodgy as hell, couldn't see any pics of bikes and all very american looking. Ask him to send a pic of the parts next to a local dated newspaper.

I asked for a pic of the ORIGINAL seat from the bike and he sent me a pic of a 2 peice American pile of shite. He's on the U.K Suzuki gs owners group with it.

There is no 14 in the USA (so far common knowledge here). Recommend to look elsewhere.

He's a scammer and been thrown off some of the Facebook pages .
I'm not far from Glasgow and hour away
Have friends there who could pick things up or I could .
What are you needing as I know of a full bike forsale knackered engine but with a spare motor for £2500.
Also a Breakers in Fife has a 14 for breaking and has some parts left .

That add has now gone from the page so looks like it was a scam, I was after both trumpets so I can take the beowulf ones off and I like the look of the standard original seats but I've been told they are uncomfortable. The scammer wanted 300 for full exhaust and seat BUT almost 300 postage from Glasgow haha, I have an extra comfort seat on which I must admit does live upto it's name and I'd put a photo up but everytime I try it says the file is to large.

Well that was easier than I imagined haha, This is my baby with the super comfy seat but I do like the look of the original seats and exhaust as I want her as standard as possible.
