Just slapped an Airhawk pad on for my trip to Whanganui. Will see how that goes. There next to no air in it so I shouldn't roll around.

When I had the seat recovered for the blue&white bike I had the upholster to add 10mm of memory foam under the cover ontop of the original foam (50k miles old) and although it's very slightly higher its now mega comfy .

510000km on my '03's seat,  maybe that's what I need to do, I reckon 15-20mm higher and a bit more give would make it perfect..

Have found the 'Airhawk' cushion to be pretty good. Now I've sorted it out. Need it like there is no air in it. Too much and you just roll around like you're on a swiss gym ball.
