After reading probably every possible post here and on every internet platform and after 3 years of collecting parts I finnaly started project of making turbo kit for my bike. With great help from my friend welder my dream is starting to come true. Here are some pics. I'll keep updating as project continues...

I would also like to thank T 24 for replying all of my questions and countless messages
Fortunate is the man that has an accomplished welder for a friend.
I like it very much that your's has an exhaust can. Just not a real bike without one.
Very cool the north-south connection for this project. :onya:
Looks superb mate, your friend has done an awesome job. I disagree with Andre about the bazooka, can't have a turbo bazooka, you'll be choking it. :happy1:
I look forward to hearing about the road tests :hat:

1st, it's not the awful bazooka which the single-can 14 came with, but one of the twin modells. 2nd, the bike will have enough oomph to deal with the can. 3rd, pretty sure the can has been appropriately modified (as in T24's turbo 14).

Bazooka is just for the MOT. After MOT akrapovic goes back on.

I can't thank him enough for being patient with me and did everything just as I wanted
Manifold and turbo fitment is a work of art 👍👍
Mliv youre a patient genius. Agree, a work of art.
Little progress today...
We made inlet pipe that connects turbo with airbox and I am happy how it looks :smitten:
Tomorrow plan is to fit BOV, wideband sensor and make exhaust pipe for end can

I know nothing about turbos 🙏
Is the air box pressurised ?
Pipe work looks very professional ✅

Yes, airbox and charge pipe are pressurized.
Great looking work Mliv
I'm waiting to read how it works!
Finished exhaust pipe, inlet pipe and BOV and instaled wideband sensor. I am happy how every detail fits tight and IMO looks great :smitten:

I assume the red device is your adjustable waste gate (to depressurise the intake between gear changes), and when you say eideband sensor you are talking about the lambda sensor that will report O2 back to the ecu to work out correct fuel injector timing and opening duration?
Looks great, you should be very proud that's awesome work.

Oh my goodness, there are sooo many shiny things being attached to that engine that I'm VERY distracted by them :salute:

Yes, wideband oxygen sensor is lambda sensor. Fitted it just for monitoring afr but I think it can't be connected to PCV as I have AEM afr sensor and gauge. I'll ask that when I take my bike to tuning shop.
The red thing on inlet pipe is BOV (blow off valve) for releasing pressure in intake system
Looks pretty much perfect Mate. I reckon youll be amazed by its power. Havent ridden turbo but have supercharged, quite incredible but very ugly, not pretty like yours👍
bad pics, very fast bike. Just over 200 bhp, now its nearly 300.

Enough room to get filter on/off?

Yes, about 1 cm space above oil filter, enough for filter strap wrench. It´s not visible from this angle but there is actually sensor wire above filter and it´s flexible.
Was pretty sure you figured filter change in. Just wanting to make 100% sure. In that case, filter change will be very comfortable compared to normal exhaust system.
Don't know much about this sensor, would it be advisable to periodically unscrew it anyway for a check, cleaning (supposed to be self-cleaning I think), and prevention that it doesn't seize? Asking for a friend

Of course, very easy to remove, after exhaust pipe is removed
