Got up and went for a ride with the bride to Rotorua, just under 200kms round trip. Had coffee in the cafe at the edge of Lake Rotorua. Busy place, paddle boat, jet boats, paraponting, choppers and float planes all giving the tourists a taste of NZ. Back home by 1.30.
Great little jaunt
Oh yeah.....photo-shopped the sky :stir:
There was an original org member who I think had a boat business at Rotorua. He came over for our first MCR at Bathurst. Neville I think was his name but can't remember his org name ... Rogues probably remembers.
Nice photo's BTW.

I remember Neville Pete - wasn't his handle Smokin Joe?
Very nice.
I wonder if they will ever make sky available in the colour in the UK?

So we are stuck with grey imports from over the Atlantic then......
you can only tell summer and winter here by checking if the rain is freezing or warm as its never hot . :stir:
Or, if it's going sideways it's winter. Coming straight down its summer.
here it can go sideways anytime of year :frustrated:

Smokin Joe ... that was it Dave. All the poor bugger could hire when he came out was a well worn BMW. I think he landed in Brisbane & rode down with the Queensland mob.
Thought it only fair to send you Northern Hemisphere blokes the colour you need for the background to your photos.
You should be able to photo-shop the Moon out :stir:
Bought my bike from a Neville, Aucklander, dark hair, tall guy, 6' plus.
There can't be many Neville's with GSX1400's surely - seem to remember his son had one as well.

Sorry Dave. Dont think this fella would have been old enough to have a son riding one.

Haha, as if i could even use photoshop :whatever:
You'll find that water finds a level...
I have photoshop and every time I need to use it I need youtube to help.
I'm sure my photo-editing takes days rather than 10 minutes a competent amateur might take. So I hear ya.
With our southern skies, like you, we rarely would have call to use it anyway eh :)
Yep, down under we are pretty lucky with the weather.
