Not mint at all. I got duped by the dealer swapped my mint bandit and vstrom with what i thought was a bargain but needs tank resprayed chain and sprocket new exhust system and thos cans are so loud you can hear them in Cleveland lol.
Cant do a thing about it . Tried getting my bikes back and they want 1400 quid for the pleasure. Cab and trading standards are useless.
But its what i wanted so another project now begins.
Got 52000 miles on it sounds ok

Sam, that is so bad. You trusted and they ripped you. Publish the shop, they sure need bagging. Mongrels.

Nice looking bike. Don't want to add to your woes, but have you checked inside the tank for rust. I had a nasty surprise with mine.
As you say tho, a nice project to keep you out of trouble.  ;)

To add to your joy, 50k miles is around the age oil coolers often crack in the bottom left corner. Not all, but if you see drops of oil on your boot at any point, that's what it'll be.

Oil cooler and tank look ok guys and will mention them on my instagram page @carbonsam.
