It will but it's a chinesium copy and will be rubbish.

If your looking any Suzuki round headlight will work and fit .
Sv650/1000, gsx500, bandit650/1200.
Look at the part number in fowlers or Robinson's and Google
It then you'll see all the bikes the that share the same .
