The excuse from her defence lawyer that the motorcyclist was on a black bike in black clothes is very poor and no excuse at all.  It was 9:35pm at night, surely headlights were on? What about traffic lights and interesection lights? Plus the fact that she was waiting for a while at the intersection shows she does not deserve a driver's licence and she should be charged with manslaughter or culpable driving causing death at the very least.  Dont give a rats if she has 1 or 10 kids, I'm sure if it was the other way around (white male car driver vs indian female motorcyclist) he'd be in a jail cell right now.  Seems like a PC decision made by the judge in view of her ethnicity.
