Not as dear as Scandinavia. I understand  there's a running joke between Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. Hope i got it right;  If the respective governments of each of these countries were to evenly distribute the entire treasury amongst its citizens, every man woman and child in Norway would be multimillionaire. For the rest, every man woman and child would have to chip in to government to achieve the same result.

Norway is one of the most beautiful countries, but also one of the most expensive.
