This is an article on page 20 of RiDE this month.  October 2022 issue. Ask the lawyer.

If ever you needed to not trust your motorcycle insurer, and any "advice" they provide after a no fault accident then this article says it all.  A very good read.

The solicitor-advocate Andrew Dalton writes and provides excellent advice every month in RiDE.

Buy RiDE this month and save yourself a great deal of money caused by    "... your insurers trying to get away without paying, an accident management company trying to stiff you for charges . . . ." and much much more
My country is England. What's left of it.

I've not read the piece, but I'm sure one of the insurance companies involved in my claim have sold my contact details, as I've been inundated with calls from various companies wanting to 'manage' my claim.

It was White-Dalton solicitors who handled my claim when I was T-Boned by an uninsured driver back in the 90's. They are very good at what they do as I got everything I asked for + cash compensation. As I was a courier back then they understood that I needed to be back on the road a.s.a.p.. It's the only time I have ever needed them but I still carry their card with me, just in case.

I spent a few years dealing Blackjack at casinos, the reason there is an insurance line because it's gambling.
