Hi All,

Because I have now secured the bike with a beefy deposit I can now post photos..
I have confirmed with the seller that I will pick her up on Sunday morning..
Insurance is arranged..
A LOT cheaper to insure than the triumph!

She is a March 2008 "FE" with a meagre 6,700 miles from new!!
Its such a nice example I had to move my ass and jump on it!
As you know the later ones have the 4 into 1 exhausts..
What I REALLY like is that someone has converted this Late bike into the 4 into 2 OEM system..
I much prefer the balanced look (especially from behind) of the earlier systems..
Other than that its a clean and un molested example.

So its now official..
On Sunday I shall be back amongst you..

Disgustingly clean, needs at least 155k of use to get it looking right.

Well done Speedy ... it looks brilliant especially with the OEM twin system. That's the first thing I did when I got my SE.
If you look like your passport photo then you're too sick to travel.

Hi Mr Blubber (You really need to change your name!!).
Nice to hear from you..
The guy who owns "Sophie" has changed her name to something I cant remember..
So not sure if the new one will be another Sophie or not.
Maybe a name will develop when i have owned her a while.

Crap sleeping at the moment.. I am assuming its the "New Bike Syndrome"

A beautiful bike and a good find. I'll say this though, you Brits have the ugliest number plates possible. Are your speed cameras so blind they couldn't read a smaller plate?
May the sun be warm & shining and your roads be smooth & winding.
