I've just stripped mine, powder-coated frame and rebuilt it..Big heavy lump to get in and out isn't it :imrgreen:

Unfortunately I do drink a little coffee lol. Them boxes are a different type of filter but we do stock plenty of coffee filters  :)

And yes I'm based in Louth, do you know the Filter Logic range????

Hi Froudy.
I ended up going down the same route, picked frame and few bits up from the powder coaters at the weekend.
The engine is a right lump and definitely a two man lift off the floor  :grin:

The top pic is before and the bottom one is after engine removal. There was a poorly done job at repairing a snapped header bolt and i was far easier to remove the lump of an engine and repair it properly whilst on the bench, I ended up fitting time serts to all 8 bolt holes.
Its amazing how little space the bike takes up when completely stipped  :lol:
