Where do you get caliper kits front and rear.
Looks to be Ebay to me as the dealers list per seal and the ones I rang don't offer aftermarket kits.
Thanks in advance.

Yeah mate, I'd go to E-Bay for stuff like this, there are other specific bike sites too, but I don't frequent them much.  @grog  may know of some other more local ones, as I'm pretty sure he visits them.
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

SFC. Just rang them. 1800789854. Motorcycles R Us. Springwood. Cheap freight.
F Kit with pistons. $126.40 each side.
R Kit $99.65 with pistons.
Fronts ex Melb, 2 days.
Rear ex Japan, long time. 4 weeks min.

Motorcycles R Us. Springwood, aka Springwood Suzuki :onya:

Suzuki Japan are a PITA - they wait util they fill a container of parts - however long that might take - before they will ship it.  And they won't (last time I checked) send anything airmail.
Ottomans: 'Hippity hoppity, Vienna's our property"
...and then the Winged Hussars arrived.

Thanks @grog I wasn't looking to replace pistons.
I rang them for seal kits and was quoted, front per side $96.35 and rear $52.95 with a 4 week wait.
I since looked on Ebay and can get them out of England, but they say 2 types of calipers used, one with pistons all the same size and another with 4 one size and 2 another. I never new that.
I haven't removed mine to see. It's a K4. Can anyone comment on this.

Edit, I guess the easiest way is to pop one off and measure the pistons to be sure.

SFC, for a bit extra id always buy the piston kit. $30 for 6 pistons a bargain. I didnt know of diff calipers. Always thought 2 small, 4 big. Well find out i guess. Dell, think hes the caliper Master.

Hooli

Always different size pistons on 14s as far as I'm aware.

I think other versions of the six pots on other bikes would have had six the same size.

Righto found a US brand, wait for it "All Balls"available from most bike shops here or from Aus online shops like Extreme Powersports in SA who offer free post.
https://www.xpsa.com.au/
Ebay shows listings in Aust, US and UK.
They are the ones with 4 pistons one size and 2 the other and except for the piston are complete kits including all seals, brake pad pins, clips, nipple covers, copper washers.
The prices are for the front kit covering both calipers P/N 18-3113, $100 and the rear P/N 18-3216, $50 give or take a dollar depending on shop etc and are available now which is good, better than 4 weeks wait.
I actually want them for the ZRX1200 and seeing they are the same calipers as the 1400 makes it easier.
Below is the All balls fitment application for 18-3113 and to be sure I checked the seal sizes for both makes online and they are the same.
So I hope this legwork helps others.

SFC, yeah,All Balls been around a while. Ive steered clear, pretty sure Hooli got something and wasnt much chop, Chinese reference. Maybe the kits i gave you prices for would be them, no idea. Id prefer Jap kits but havent checked. Ill have a look at Webbike. Think it was bearings someone had trouble with.

grog

SFC, Powerhouse UK, another option. $140 all up, posted for both sides front. They guarantee quality.

Hooli

I had 'all-balls' wheel bearings & the sprocket carrier came with no grease in, at least I assume so as 10k miles later it'd utterly collapsed, most of the balls had split etc etc. So I replaced the lot, again.

Never tried their seals though.

Hooli

I've rebuilt my calipers loads of times & only replaced the seals once. You'll find they twist where they stick to the piston, just fit them upside down (they aren't directional) then the drag on them pulls them straight.

The one time I replaced the seals a few didn't fit & I reused some old ones, there was no difference in how long it took to give issues.

All balls fork seal kit in mine - no dramas
Kehpro ? Bearings in headstock  front and rear wheels inc sprocket carrier.
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

grog

I really know nothing about All Balls, just remembered Hooli got a crook one. Mightve been smoko for the grease man.
