Hi to all.

I'm Samuli from Helsinki, Finland.

Started a few weeks ago to look a 14, had a handshake deal yesterday of my -08 CB600 that served well as introduction, but being lomg legged 6'2" its bit small. Driven a little bit of all kind of bikes all my life, but got the licence fir bike finally two years ago. Knew better not to get licence for bike until I was older, was stupid enough with cars.
Like bikes that look like Z1 and CB. Ended with CB as I got tired of tinkering and fixing and wanted one with fuel injection. I had a really cheap Bandit two years ago "as first bike" that I bought from friend after 5 min testdrive. It died on every trip and was so worn out that knew better and sold it after 3 weeks to other friend who loves building bikes. But that torque, that's why I bought it.

Now that I have my first summer behind and know a bit how I like to ride it's time for update. After lots of internet searching and youtube surfing I think that from 4 japanese muscles, I want the 14, robust, injected, 6 gears for better mpg, torque and physically bigger bike. Hope I feel the same after first testride.

Rare to have a living and breathing forum, FB has killed most. Specially with great support and numerous tech tips, something that FB doesnt have. Must have something to do with the age of owners 
Wait for spring and testdrives is a long. We did have +11c° and dry roads, a spring like day, week ago. Now back to having feet of snow.

You surely see that bike was never imported to usa, so little to read or watch compared to anything else.

Yeah, as story goes, Canadian familys daughter thought that Finnish was her and her mom's secret language until she visited Finland at tender age of 14 years :D

Sorry Samuli, but I don't have any decent story of my bike. Some small writings and pictures on several topics here and some writings and picktures on
"GSX 1,4 rakentajat" forum with the same name "T 24" .  GSX 1.4 rakentajat has some stories of gearboxes and camshafts.

Hello Vlad

Went to see first 1400. Didn't, obviously, get to ride it, snow and weather took care of it and the fact that it didn't start, battery was 12.3v. Gotta say it is what I expected and hoped it to be in size wise. Happy to find out that that the part why I wanted to change from CB600 is working for me. Bike is low mileage, has Devil full exhaust, Yoshi cams and PC3. To be continued as seller promised to take care of non start issue.
