I've been asked by a less mechanical mate to help/show him how to check the valve clearances on his bike. Anyone happen to know what they should be & how to set the cams when doing it etc?

I'm off to search google soon obviously, but thought I'd ask.

Hooli, a mate has one of them in bright orange. Great bike for a quick spin. Phoned him, said valves do close up on them. He gets his done at shop so no clues, sorry. Reckons it goes better after adjust.
