Nice Bentley !
Let me guess, not too expensive to buy, but need to be an Arab potentate to afford to run and repair it ?

Quite possibly, I nearly bought a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow a few years back as it was chea and mechanically sound but looked awful - pitted chromework and 2 tone beige and brown with a brown vinyl roof! Didn't bother me as I was going to matt black it anyway! I didn't get it in the end as I bought a Fireblade Streetfighter instead but shortly after a mate bought a Silver Shadow and said he never ever even got 10 to the gallon out of it, he later traded it on some old Ferrari that he said seemed amazingly economical after the Roller!

There's nowt like an economical Ferrari  :happy1:

Oooooh, is that a '65 Bonnie?? Very tidy, keep it, just keep it. I sold a '62 pre-unit T120 back in '66, regretted it ever since!!

No not to expensive to buy as it needed some engine and brake work, parts can be quite cheap as most things are rebuildable on this car(repair Kits) not like today's cars, But yes the loans to fill the tank beat me in the end.
Definitely maybe

You don't like settling on cars do you Gaz ?
It's nice to see though that you've now taken up hair-dressing... :stir:

I like those Nissan 300ZX's - a design that aged really well. The twin turbo versions had some mumbo too.

As to the Bavarian Money Wasters - Why'd you go from a 5-series v8 to a rash of 3's ?

Yep I tend to change cars often. I just like trying all different types.....hence having a V8 then trying out a 1.3 wankel engine.

And as for the hairdresser comment....how rude  :imrgreen: Although it's not just a TT, it's slightly more manlier being a TTS. By the time I've finished with it it should be well over 300bhp and what with the Quattro should make for a fun ride!
