R1/R6 Throttle Mod???

Anybody done the R1/R6 throttle mod, done it on my busa and it made a nice difference, have the grips and handlebar off the bike at the moment, thinking of doing it to my k2 14?

Rings a bell but not sure about info. Is this the mod to make the throttle 'snappier' by having a shorter wrist roll?

I presume if thats teh case itd just be a case of removing the 1400 set up and adding the other one, but then you'd have to be sure you had throttle cables of the correct length.
