ciao  gaz here,  at 70 just traded my gsxr1000 on a mint 1400 . Loved the gsxr but the old bod was suffering after every ride.
This beast is like back to the future,I'm happy as .   Liked the old 81 gsx1100 so knew I'd like the new bike. Had a couple of 1200 bandits and loved them too.   (had over 50 bikes).
I'm in NZ   north of Wgton.
