Incredible stupidity

left work today and after dropping off my mate I was making my way home when I was forced to brake hard as a woman pulled out of a side road right in front of me. She didn't see me because she was too busy chatting to her friend beside her. She had to reverse back to let me by, but the incredible thing was she pulled straight out again forcing the scooter rider coming up behind me to swerve down the side road she came out of , as I said incredible stupidity.
